Pamela Lawrence
President
Pamela Lawrence has over 30 years of experience in the financial services and investment management business. She began her career as a trader, research analyst and portfolio manager and then co-founded two investment management firms. As the managing principal of these firms, Ms. Lawrence’s experience included roles as the Chief Executive Officer, Portfolio Manager, and head of Business Development. Ms. Lawrence joined Seaport Global Asset Management in 2017 to formalize and grow the asset management business, in addition to related firm projects.
Ms. Lawrence served on the Board of Catholic Big Sisters and Big Brothers, Inc. for more than 20 years. Ms. Lawrence was a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Finance Committee, in addition to serving as President of the Board. Ms. Lawrence served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Beacon College for 6 years. Ms. Lawrence served on the Executive Committee and was Chair of the Finance Committee. She also served on the Board of the Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art in Peekskill, New York and the Bruce Museum Greenwich, CT Board of Trustees.

Andrew Kronschnabel
Management Committee Memeber, SGAM Advisors and Penn Capital
Andrew joined Seaport Global Holdings in April 2023 and serves on the Penn Capital Management Committee for SGAM Advisors, LLC. His additional responsibilities include institutional sales, collaborating on market strategy research, and assisting firm leaders in efforts to better serve institutional clients. Prior to joining Seaport, Andrew was the Portfolio Manager and Head of Investment Grade Credit at MetLife Investment Management LLC. He joined MetLife in September 2017 following its acquisition of Logan Circle Partners (LCP). At MetLife, he was responsible for all core-based, corporate, and long/short credit strategies. He has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining LCP in 2007, he was a member of the portfolio management team at Delaware Investments where he was responsible for core-based and high-grade products from 2000 to 2007. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics and Politics from Colorado College and is a CFA charter holder.

Eric Green, CFA
Chief Investment Officer – Senior Portfoilo Manager, Senior Partner
Mr. Green has been with Penn Capital since 1997 and as CIO, he is responsible for guiding the firm’s equity and credit strategies. Mr. Green serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Penn Capital’s Small Cap, Smaller Company, Small to Mid Cap and Mid Cap equity strategies. As a member of the Equity Risk Committee, Mr. Green works closely with the equity portfolio management team to contribute ideas specifically in the micro to mid-capitalization range.
Prior to joining Penn Capital, Mr. Green was with the Royal Bank of Scotland and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission where he served as a financial analyst in the Division of Investment Management. Mr. Green serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Anti-Defamation Leager (ADL) Mid-Atlantic Region and was Co-Chairman of the ADL’s 2018 Walk Against Hate. He received a BSBA cum laude from American University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Joseph Maguire
Director of Research, Senior Portfoilo Manager
Mr. Maguire has been with Penn Capital since 2005. As Director of Research, he is responsible for guiding the firm’s day-to-day global investment research process. Mr. Maguire chairs the Credit Risk Committee and serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Penn Capital’s Short Duration, Defensive High Yield and Opportunistic High Yield strategies.
Prior to joining Penn Capital, he conducted private equity research for AMS Inc. and was a senior audit associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He received a BBA in Accounting from The College of William & Mary and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Joseph McDonnell
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McDonnell joined Penn Capital in 2009 and currently serves as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer. He leads the firm’s financial strategy, with responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, as well as oversight of key operational functions. Mr. McDonnell received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University.
Marty Keane
Chief Technology Officer and Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Keane joined Penn Capital in 2009 as Vice President of Information Technology and now serves as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Keane has over 31 years of experience in the engineering and technology industries and holds numerous Information Technology industry certifications. Prior to joining Penn Capital, he was Vice President of Business Technology for Rittenhouse Financial Services and later, Vice President of Managed Assets Business Technology for Nuveen Investments. Mr. Keane’s focus was on developing the strategic vision and tactical application of technology. He’s been an active member of The Money Management Institute and has held various leadership positions within the Technology/Operations Committee. Mr. Keane received an AAS in Electrical Engineering from the Radio Electronic Television School, a BS in Information Technology Management, and an MBA, both from The University of Phoenix.

Paulo Silva, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. Silva began his career with Penn Capital in 2002 as a Research Analyst focused on technology and industrial companies. He currently serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Penn Capital’s Micro Cap and Small Cap Value equity strategies. As a member of the Equity Risk Committee, Mr. Silva works closely with the equity portfolio management team to contribute ideas specifically in the micro to mid-capitalization range.
In addition, Mr. Silva has focused on several distressed debt situations, successfully completing a reorganization through serving on the official committee of creditors. Beyond Penn Capital, Mr. Silva serves on the Investment Committee of the Valley Forge Military Academy. He received a BS in Civil Engineering summa cum laude from Tufts University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
Michael Kehoe
Senior Portfolio Manager, Senior Research Analyst
Mr. Kehoe joined Penn Capital Management in 2026 as a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager. He brings more than two decades of investment industry experience, having begun his career in 2001. As a member of the Equity Risk Committee, Mr. Kehoe works closely with the equity portfolio management team to contribute ideas specifically in the micro to mid-capitalization range.
Since 2008, Michael served at Rothschild & Co. Asset Management, where he held senior roles including Senior Healthcare Equity Analyst and Small/Mid-Cap Equity Portfolio Manager, covering the healthcare sector and managing small-and mid-cap equity strategies. Earlier in his career, Michael worked as a research analyst covering medical technology at Cowen Securities. Michael earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Yale School of Management.
Randall Braunfeld
Senior Research Analyst, Assistant Portfolio Manager
Mr. Braunfeld began his career with Penn Capital in 2015 and serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Penn Capital’s Short Duration credit strategies. His primary areas of coverage are the Financials and Energy sectors.
Prior to joining Penn Capital, Mr. Braunfeld was a Portfolio Manager of a high yield BB-rated bond portfolio for First Niagara Bank. He also gained experience working at Lehman Brothers within its high yield loan portfolio group from 2004 – 2011. Following Lehman’s bankruptcy filing, he remained at the firm focusing on maximizing recovery values of the loan portfolio. Mr. Braunfeld received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and has a MA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School.
Christopher Paciello, CFA
Senior Research Analyst, Assistant Portfolio Manager
Mr. Paciello began his career with Penn Capital in 2012 and serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Penn Capital’s Opportunistic credit strategy. His primary areas of coverage are the Consumer Discretionary and Healthcare sectors. He has over 20 years’ experience working in the financial markets with a focus on equity and credit research. As a member of the Equity Risk Committee, Mr. Paciello works closely with the equity portfolio management team to contribute ideas specifically in the micro to mid-capitalization range.
Prior to joining Penn Capital, Mr. Paciello was a Research Analyst at Standish Asset Management focused on high yield and distressed securities within the cable media, telecommunications, paper and packaging, and healthcare sectors. He also gained experience working for Gartmore Global Investments as a Research Analyst focused on high yield and distressed securities, and W.R. Huff Asset Management, an asset manager specializing in high yield securities, as a trader and an analyst focused on high yield and equity securities. Mr. Paciello received a BS from Babson College and an MBA from Villanova University.
Bradley D. Tesoriero, CFA
Senior Research Analyst, Assistant Portfolio Manager
Mr. Tesoriero began his career with Penn Capital in 2015 and serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Penn Capital’s Defensive High Yield and BB credit strategies. He also serves as a Senior Research Analyst for the firm in charge of covering the Industrial and Material sectors.
Prior to joining Penn Capital, Mr. Tesoriero was a Research Associate at CRT Capital focusing on distressed debt, equity and high yield research for the Media and Telecommunications sectors. Previously, he held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Janney Montgomery Scott. Mr. Tesoriero received a BA from Cornell University, an MBA from the Robins School of Business at The University of Richmond, and a JD cum laude from the T.C. Williams School of Law at The University of Richmond.
Ben Pickles, CFA
Research Analyst
Mr. Pickles began his career with Penn Capital in 2022. His primary areas of coverage are the Technology, Industrials, and Real Estate sectors. Prior to joining Penn Capital, he was a Fixed Income Credit Analyst at The Swarthmore Group specializing in investment grade and high yield credit. Previously, he held positions at DuPont Capital Management as an Alternative Investment Analyst and at FactSet Research Systems as an Investment Management Consultant. Mr. Pickles engages in community service as an active volunteer for Cancer Support Community Delaware (CSCDE) and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Philadelphia. He received a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and is a CFA Charterholder.
Joshua B. Cohen
Senior Equity Trader
Mr. Cohen joined Penn Capital in 2002 and serves as Senior Equity Trader. He is responsible for trading equities across the firm’s institutional, separately managed account, and unified managed account platforms. His responsibilities include trade execution, transaction cost analysis, and oversight of the firm’s equity trading team.
Mr. Cohen has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has played a key role in enhancing Penn Capital’s trading desk operations. He works across all the firm’s equity strategies and specializes in the execution of large block trades in securities with limited daily trading volume. Mr. Cohen received a BS in Business Administration from Drexel University.
Paul Remus, CMT
Senior High Yield Trader
Mr. Remus joined Penn Capital in 2007 and serves as Senior High Yield Trader. He is responsible for trading the firm’s high yield credit portfolios and works closely with portfolio managers and research analysts to identify and execute investment opportunities across the leveraged finance market. In addition to his fixed income trading responsibilities, Mr. Remus contributes equity technical strategy insights to the firm’s investment process.
Prior to joining the high yield trading desk in 2014, Mr. Remus spent seven years as an Equity Trader at Penn Capital. Before joining the firm, he worked at Tradition Securities and Futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), where he served as an operations and floor clerk within the crude oil and natural gas trading pits. Mr. Remus received a BS in Finance from Shippensburg University and holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation.
Katie Johnson
Equity and High Yield Trader
Ms. Johnson joined Penn Capital in 2006 and currently serves as an Equity and High Yield Trader. She is responsible for trading the firm’s equity portfolios and provides support for high yield trading activities as needed. Ms. Johnson works closely with the investment team to execute trades efficiently across multiple strategies
Ms. Johnson began her career at Penn Capital as an Operations Assistant before joining the Trading Desk in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in banking with M&T Bank and PNC Bank. She received a BS in Economics and Finance and an MBA from York College of Pennsylvania

Mr. McLaughlin joined Penn Capital in 2011 as Operations Manager. He currently serves as Director of Investment Services with responsibility for overseeing the firm’s middle-to-back office processes, client reporting, and client service functions. Mr. McLaughlin has over 15 years of experience in the investment management industry and prior to joining Penn Capital was a Director with Evergreen Investments’ Global High Yield team, serving as a Trader and Portfolio Analyst. Prior to Evergreen, he was a Director at Deutsche Asset Management, where he held various positions including Trader and Portfolio Analyst on the Global High Yield team and Performance Analyst in the Fund Administration group. He received a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Widener University. Mr. McLaughlin also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Paul Horgan
Investment Services Associate
Mr. Horgan joined Penn Capital Management in 2025 as an Investment Services Associate, supporting the firm’s middle-to-back office operations through client service functions, data driven reporting, and compliance coding for portfolio restrictions. Prior to joining Penn Capital, Mr. Horgan was a Portfolio Surveillance Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he investigated and resolved portfoilio compliance expections across a global client base, supported the onboarding and monitoring of new accounts, and partnered with portfolio managers, traders, and global compliance teams to enhance operational efficiency and risk oversight. Prior to working at Morgan Stanley, he served as a Portfolio Compliance Analyst at BlackRock, where he oversaw compliance monitoring for several hundred accounts and developed SQL and Excel based tools to strengthen the identification, escalation, and resolution of compliance risks. Mr. Horgan received a BA in Economics with a minor in Statistics from Wake Forest University.
Abigail Zuccato
Corporate Coordinator
Abby Zuccato joined Penn Capital in March 2026 as a Corporate Coordinator, where she supports marketing initiatives, manages updates to firm materials, and helps oversee the firm’s online presence and communications. She also manages daily office operations and supports investor relations and operations through streamlined administrative and compliance workflows. Before joining Penn Capital, Abby held intern roles with the Delaware River and Bay Authority and Hilton Grand Vacations, supporting events and cross‑departmental marketing initiatives. She holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration – Operations and Supply Chain from Coastal Carolina University.
Andrew Kronschnabel

William Sly
Head of Institutional Sales, SGAM Advisors and Penn Capital
William Sly joined Seaport Global Holdings in October 2024 as Head of Institutional Sales. Before joining Seaport, William was Head of North America Sales at the River and Mercantile Group and was responsible for consultant and institutional sales efforts for the asset management business in the United States and Canada. He has over 25 years of industry experience, having worked in sales, sales management, analyst, and portfolio
management roles. William has also served as a Principal at LaSalle Street Capital Management and was Co-Head of Sales at Credit Suisse HOLT.
William holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Illinois State University.

Gabriel Gavilanes
Managing Director, National Accounts, SGAM Advisors and Penn Capital
Gabe joined Seaport Global Holdings in 2025 as Managing Director, National Accounts. He has over 20 years of experience in financial services in a variety of roles. Before joining Seaport, Gabe was responsible for FS Investment’s distribution efforts amongst large National RIAs, with a focus on Alternative Investments. Prior to that, he was Managing Director, head of Platform Development at Guggenheim Investments, where he oversaw relationships with gatekeepers at clients across all wealth channels. He has also worked at Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, Bernstein and began his career in the Financial Analyst program at Goldman Sachs in New York and London.

Ashlee Eckert
Senior Client Associate, SGAM Advisors and Penn Capital
Ashlee Eckert joined SGAM Advisors LLC, a division of Seaport Global, in 2023 and serves as a Senior Client Service Associate. Her responsibilities include supporting institutional client relationships, coordinating client service initiatives, and assisting with operational and product-related efforts across the firm. She has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Seaport, Ashlee held positions at Aberdeen Asset Management, Inc. and TIFF Investment Management, where she was responsible for a variety of client service, product development, product management, and operational functions. Throughout her career, she has supported investment teams and clients through the development, implementation, and ongoing management of investment products and services.
Ashlee earned a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University.
