The PENN Small Cap Equity style seeks to achieve capital appreciation from investments primarily in small capitalization equity securities. In identifying the best 60-80 opportunities, we look for companies that trade at attractive valuations, have proven management teams, and sound prospects for growth. Through our credit research process, we attempt to identify companies with “capital structure catalysts,” or strategies to lower their overall cost of capital, creating equity value.

PENN will purchase securities within the market capitalization range of our benchmark, the Russell 2000.
